You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sz login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 777sz will never contact you by SMS, email, or live chat to request your password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or a third party who has accessed your account due to your failure to maintain security — is your sole responsibility.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 777sz support immediately via the live chat function available inside your account dashboard. 777sz will take reasonable steps to secure the account following such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777sz reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive real money balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived or closed without notice.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all 777sz players before any withdrawal of funds is processed. 777sz may also request KYC documentation at any other point during the account lifecycle — including prior to the processing of large deposits, following any change to account information, or in response to suspected fraudulent activity.
Standard KYC submissions from Pakistani players are reviewed and approved within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a maximum cashout limit of 10× the original bonus value. Winnings exceeding this cap are removed from the balance at the time of withdrawal processing. Always check individual bonus terms before claiming.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail with respect to that specific game or market.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sz holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
